Wheel rolling, the pace of progress was continuing. When we left Washington, we saw the rural landscape that was completely different from the city landscape. Green grass, European-style hut, high corn and sporadic flowers appeared wantonly in the arms of nature.
We came to the LANCASTLE in Pennsylvania, where lived a group of unique crowd—Amisch people. Nowadays, they do not use electricity and have no televisions and air conditioning. They live an original ecological state of simple life and have lofty religious belief and personality quality. This also gives us a lot of inspiration. In the modern society, the material civilization has been highly developed. And we really need to experience more hardship to keep a common mind.
In the evening, we drove slowly to Widner University. The scenery outside the window became more bright after a heavy rain. We were full of fresh sense because it was the first time live to in the university dormitory. I felt moving and gratitude when I saw the clean living-room, warm salutatory and the DIY brand put in each room. I hoped that the members could start experiencing the university life and study here.
